Heard learned counsel for the parties.
By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to produce the copy of the III Semester, Subject- 2 Samaveshi Shiksha Examination, June-2019 U.P. Diploma Elementary Education 2017.
Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that she has appeared in the III Semester, Examination Subject- 2 Samaveshi Shiksha, in which she was awarded 23 marks. It is further contended that petitioner is doing Diploma in Elementary Education Course of III- Semester from P.L. College Education, Jaswant Nagar, District- Etawah U.P. and her Roll No. 19312100406 and she applied the scrutiny but the marks of the petitioner of the aforesaid subject remain no changed.
Copy of the aforesaid subject can only be seen by the petitioner under the Right to Information Act, 2005. Therefore, the petitioner may make an application under the R.T.I. Act as per the prescribed procedure and after payment of requisite fee within a week from today along with certified copy of this order. In case such an application is filed. The respondent no. 6, Secretary, Examination Controller (Regulation) Authority, Allahabad is directed to produce the copy of the aforesaid subject to the petitioner for viewing the same within three weeks thereafter.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
