Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State respondent.
The present bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicants on bail in case crime no. 1060 of 2017 under Section 498-A, 304-B IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Sadar Bazar District Shahjahanpur.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants are sister-in-law of the deceased, who have been falsely implicated in the present case as the deceased has not taken their names in her statement recorded under Section 161, Cr.P.C.
Learned A.G.A. has stated that in her dying declaration, copy of which has been filed as annexure-6 to the affidavit, the deceased has specifically named the applicants and he opposed the prayer for bail.
After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the materials on record, this Court is of the opinion that no good ground is made out for enlarging the applicants on bail.
The present bail application is rejected, accordingly.
