Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The instant application has been filed for a direction upon the court concern to decide the restoration application pending as case no. 65/74/13 arising out of Original Suit No. 261 of 1991. From the ordersheet of the case, it appears that the matter is fixed for ex parte arguments.
Under these circumstances, it would not be appropriate to issue a specific direction. If, any application is pending it is always open to the petitioner to apprise the court concerned and press the application.
With the aforesaid observation, this petition is disposed off.
