Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the contesting respondents.
By way of the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.1 to consider the claim of the petitioner for grant of scholarship for to the petitioner for the academic session 2019-20 within a stipulated period of time.
In this case, the petitioner is claiming scholarship on certain grounds, which have been mentioned in the representation given to respondent no.2, while representation dated 01.10.2020, the same has been kept pending and not decided as yet.
It is directed that the petitioner may move fresh copy of application/representation before respondent no.2 within four weeks from today and in case any such representation is so made, the same shall be further considered and disposed of by reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks next from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it.
With the aforesaid direction, the instant petition is disposed of. Cost easy.
