Heard Sri Dinesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Shambhvi Tiwari, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner claims that she had appeared in the B.Ed examination conducted by the respondent University for the academic session 2013-14. The result of the petitioner has not been declared till date. The petitioner has made a representation to the respondent University in this regard.
No useful purpose would be served by keeping this writ petition pending.
The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2 to decide the representation of the petitioner for declaration of her result of B.Ed Course for the academic session 2013-14 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along with fresh copy of the representation.
