Heard.
2. The order impugned rejects the certificate sought for by the petitioners only with one word, ‘rejected’. The instructions received by the learned Government Pleader from respondent No.1 as well as respondent No.2, however, show that the Tahsildar has referred the applications of the petitioners to the Collector, who in turn has referred to the District Level Scrutiny Committee for examination and that appropriate action will be taken after the recommendations of the District Level Committee are received.
3. In view of the specific instructions given to the learned Government Pleader by the Tahsildar, Kothapalli Mandal, respondent No.2, that the applications of both the petitioners are referred to the District Collector and thereafter to the District Level Scrutiny Committee under Rule 8 of the APSC/ST/BC Certificate as per G.O.Ms.No.58 (S.W.) Department, dated 12.08.1997., the order impugned rejecting the integrated certificate sought for by the petitioners is set aside.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of directing respondent Nos.1 and 2 to take into consideration the recommendations of the District Level Scrutiny Committee and then pass appropriate orders by issuing notice to the petitioners as expeditiously as possible preferably within two weeks from the date of recommendations of the District Level Scrutiny Committee. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
