The petitioner who is a sitting Gram Pradhan is aggrieved by what is described to be an endorsement made by the Commissioner on a complaint made against her on 06 February 2019.
Learned Standing Counsel fairly states that in case action is to commence against a sitting Pradhan, the procedure as provided and prescribed under the 1997 Rules has to necessarily be followed. In view thereof it is his submission that in case the complaint is processed further, the respondents shall ensure compliance with the 1997 Rules.
The statement so made is recorded and accepted. This petition shall stand disposed of in the above terms.
