Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
The main prayer of the petitioner is that this Court may direct the appellate authority to decide her appeal namely Appeal No. C20171700779 (Kumari Devi Vs. District Supply Officer, Siddharth Nagar and Another) expeditiously.
The Commissioner concerned shall look into his own pendency and decide the appeal of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible. Only this much prayer is granted without entering into the merits of the case.
With these observations, this petition is disposed off.
