Shri V.K. Singh Raghuvanshi, learned counsel has accepted notice on behalf of the respondent.
The instant writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider her application for compassionate appointment.
Learned counsel for the respondent, at the outset, submits that this Court would lack jurisdiction, the matter is cognizable by the Central Administrative Tribunal. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the proposition.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take remedy before the competent forum in accordance with law.
