2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that in Crime No.272 of 2015, investigation has already been completed and charge sheet has also been filed before the Jurisdictional Magistrate.
3. In view of the above, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
