JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to the subsequent developments nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition and the same may be dismissed as infructous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement so made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
