This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order, dated 20.09.2013, in W.P.No.27341 of 2013.
The respondent filed a counter affidavit, wherein he has inter alia stated that the order of this Court has been complied with.
At the hearing, the learned counsel representing Sri K.Raghuveer Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the respondent has complied with the order of this Court.
In view of the above, the contempt case is closed.
