THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
O R D E R Petitioner has sought for relief of mandamus to consider the case of the petitioner for revaluation of subject “Sanskrit” of the I Professional BAMS Examinations of February 2019 based on the Order of this Hon’ble Court in W.P.Nos.48194-48198/2018 dated 21.12.2018 and extend the relief of revaluation to the petitioner in the above subject.
3. Learned counsel for the parties submitted ad-idem that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.Nos.48194-48198/2018 and connected matters disposed on 21.12.2018 and this writ petition deserves to be disposed of in similar terms.
4. The said submission is placed on record.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the order passed in W.P.Nos.48194-48198/2018 referred to supra.
The respondent-University shall send the answer paper of the petitioner in terms of the Ordinance dated 15.06.2012 as worked out in paragraphs 25 and 26 of the order in the batch of writ petitions referred to above, for third valuation, forthwith.
