Rajendra Kumar Sungay, Advocate for R1 and R2) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondents to consider the request made by the petitioner dated 14.10.2019 vide Annexure-A and A1 and permit the petitioner to appear for mathematics subject in 3rd and 5th Semester B.Sc (Computer Science) Examination slated to be held during November/December 2019 Y2K13 Graduation Scheme revised w.e.f. 2013-2014 and etc.
This Writ Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing, this day, the court made the following:
ORDER The petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondents to consider her request/representation dated 14.10.2019 and permit her to appear for Mathematics subject B.Sc (Computer Science) examination of 3rd and 5th semester scheduled to be held during November/December – 2019 Y2K13 Graduation Scheme revised with effect from 2013-14.
2. The petitioner is claiming to be the student, who had joined B.Sc (Computer Science) course with 3rd respondent-College, which is governed by the Regulations of 1st respondent-University. As per semester system called as Y2K13 Graduation Scheme revised with effect from 2013-14, six semesters have to be successfully completed by the student within six academic years from the date of admission to the course.

It is the contention of the petitioner that she has completed the aforementioned course during the year 2015-16 and passed all the subjects in the 1st year B.Sc and is awaiting consolidated marks card of the same. As far 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th semesters, the petitioner has completed all the subjects except Mathematics, she requires to appear for the said examinations. In view of the paradigm shift in the procedure adopted by the University, the petitioner has made a representation to the respondent-University to permit her to appear for 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th semester examination of B.Sc (Computer Science), Mathematics subject which has not been responded to. Hence, this writ petition.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the considered view that ends of justice would be sub- served in directing the respondent No.2-University to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 14.10.2019 at Annexures-A and A1 and take a decision in accordance with law in an expedite manner, in any event, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. Ordered accordingly.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
