Respondents This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to quash the order dated 04.04.2017, taking cognizance of the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 504 read with 34 of IPC and Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice Act, 2015 in C.C.No.11435/2017, pending on the file of the V A.C.M.M., at Bengaluru City, in the above case and etc.
This Criminal Petition coming for orders this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R Though sufficient time was granted to petitioner to comply with office objections, same has not been complied with. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of petitioner.
2. This would only indicate that petitioner is not interesting in prosecuting the petition.
3. Hence, petition is dismissed for default and non-prosecution.
