O R D E R Petitioner, a student of 2nd year Ayurvedic Medicine in the 3rd respondent-institution having been failed in her Sanskrutha language paper of the 1st year examination of September 2018, has knocked at the doors of Writ Court complaining about apparently an erratic evaluation of answers at the hands of some irresponsible examiners.
2. After service of notice the learned Sr. Panel Counsel Shri N.K.Ramesh appearing for the 1st respondent-University and the 2nd respondent-Registrar (Evaluation), in all fairness caused a fresh valuation of the Answer Papers at the hands of examiners other than the ones who did it earlier, and has on request of the Court placed a fresh Statement of Marks in a sealed cover, which later is returned for announcement of results accordingly within one week.
3. In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed off.
The fair approach of the learned Sr. Panel Counsel for the University to the grievance of the petitioner-student commends appreciation.
No costs.
