ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not supplying essential commodities to the petitioner’s fair price shop No.16 of Ramudupalem Village, Nuzendla Mandal, Guntur District as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP) appearing for the respondents placed before the Court a copy of the proceedings in Rc.No.1436/2014, dated 05.11.2014, of respondent No.2, whereby he has withdrawn the show- cause notice, dated 17.05.2014, and let off the petitioner with a warning to him to distribute the essential commodities by proper maintenance of the registers.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in pursuance of the above-mentioned proceedings, respondent No.3 has resumed allotment of stocks.
In the light of the above subsequent events, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.41631 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
