These petitions coming on for orders this day, the court made the following:
O R D E R The petitioner and respondent in RPFC No.51/2017 and RPFC No.207/2016 and their counsel are present. The petitioners in RPFC No.51/2017 are minor daughters. They are represented by minor guardian and natural mother. The petitioner in RPFC No.207/2016 is father of the minor children.
2. It is submitted that the parties have settled the dispute before the mediation center as per the terms narrated in the memorandum of settlement under Section 89 of CPC read with Rules 24 and 25 of the Karnataka Civil Procedure (Mediation) Rules 2005.
3. The respondent in RPFC No.51/2017 who is petitioner in RPFC No.207/2016 has agreed to handover the cheque for Rs.3,40,000/- which is inclusive of amount payable till the period September, 2018.
4. In view of the settlement of dispute before the mediation center, these petitions are disposed of in terms of the memorandum of settlement.
