The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Kulwant Singh with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime no. 58 of 2021, under Sections 406, 420 IPC I.P.C., P.S. - Jaitpur, District - Shahjahanpur.
The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has come to know from the learned AGA that the present accused has been exonerated in this matter and a final report has been submitted in favour of the applicant, which has been filed by the learned AGA along with the Supplementary Counter Affidavit as SCA-1, which is taken on record.
Considering the submission made by the learned counsel as well as considering the final report submitted in this matter favouring the applicant, this Court finds that this matter has now become infructuous.
