Kulsumben vs State

Stand over to 2 nd July, 2012 as it is stated by learned counsel, Mr.Feroz Pathan for the respondent no.2 that the application under Section 127 of the Criminal Procedure Code before the Family Court is kept tomorrow. He undertakes that he will file his appearance and will cooperate in expeditious disposal of the said application.
