Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the revenue records related to his agricultural plots could not be corrected as an erroneous Parwana was issued containing the old numbers and no fresh Parwana containing the correct number is being issued despite a request to that effect has been sent by the Tehsildar on 31.7.2019 to the Additional District Magistrate, Prayagraj.
The petitioner may submit a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Prayagraj, i.e., the Collector, Prayagraj bringing all the necessary facts to his notice, who shall pass appropriate orders on the aforesaid representation of the petitioner within a period of three months from filing of the representation.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
