Issue notice to O.P. No.2.
This application arises out of proceedings under Section 498A,323, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act in Case Crime No.1960 of 2018 (State Vs. Kuldeep and others), arising out of Case Crime No.300 of 2018, P.S. Iglas, District Aligarh pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate Iglas, Aligarh. Learned counsel for applicants submits that there is probability of settlement between the parties through Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Allahabad. He also submits that the applicants are ready and willing to deposit an amount of Rs.15,000/- within 15 days from today.
In view of aforesaid, it is provided that in case the applicants deposit the amount of Rs.15,000/- within 15 days from today, the matter be placed before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Allahabad on 09.01.2019. The Mediation Centre may call upon the O.P. No.2 and consider the matter for mediation. In case of failure of applicants to deposit the amount, the matter be placed before this Court on 27.02.2019. On appearance of O.P. No.2 before the Mediation Centre the amount of Rs.15,000/- shall be released in her favour.
Till 27.02.2019, no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicants.
