Heard learned counsel for the petitioners; learned A.G.A. for the respondents 1 and 2; and perused the record.
The instant petition seeks quashing of the first information report dated 28.9.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 1095 of 2018, under Sections 323, 326, 504 and 506 IPC, P.S. Chakeri, District Kanpur Nagar.
The allegations made in the first information report discloses commission of cognizable offence which has been lodged against four persons out of which two persons are named and it is stated that the other two persons, when produced, could be recognised.
The petitioners are not named in the first information report but declared wanted by the police.
As the victim can recognise the other two persons involved, we do not find any good reason to interfere with the investigation. The petition is dismissed.
The petitioners are at liberty to apply for bail.
