The Court finds itself unable to entertain this petition for the following reasons:-
The petitioner who is a Member of Shri Baba Nagdevta Mandir Samiti challenges the certificate of registration granted to the sixth respondent in the name of Shri Nagdevata Mandir Sewa Samiti. The Court fails to recognize any locus inhering in the present petitioner to challenge the certificate of registration since the only person who can possibly be aggrieved is the competing society the respondent no.7 here. The Court additionally notes that the writ petition has been preferred without exhausting the statutory remedies which are available under the 1860 Act and which deal with the issue of cancellation of a certificate of registration.
Accordingly the petition is dismissed.
