Heard Sri Sharad Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri N.K.Verma, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
This petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the respondent authority to conduct fair investigation of FIR dated 08.08.2018 in Case Crime No. 160/2018 u/ss. 323, 307/34 IPC, PS. Thariyaon, District Fatehpur along with FIR dated 09.08.2018 in Case Crime No. 161/2018 u/ss. 25/27/30 Arms Act, PS. Thariyaon, District Fatehpur Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the informant of the present case and the impugned FIRs have been lodged on 08.08.2018 and 09.08.2018, hence, he has come up before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.
Learned AGA opposed the aforesaid prayer and submitted that the present FIRs have been lodged on 08.08.2018 and 09.08.2018 After having considered the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties and from the perusal of the FIR, we do not find any good ground to interfere in the matter.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed at this stage with liberty to file fresh petition at an appropriate stage.
