1. Called in revise. None appeared to press this revision. In the circumstances, I myself have perused the record.
2. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by the judgment and order dated 20.02.1998 passed by V- Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bijnor. The Ist-Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bijnor vide order dated 15.06.1996 rejected application of applicant-respondent no.2 filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. Thereagainst, she filed Criminal Revision No. 129 of 1996 which has been allowed by Court below vide order impugned in this revision and the order passed by Ist-Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bijnor was set aside. Revisionist was directed to pay maintenance of Rs. 500/- per month to respondent no.2 and Rs.400/- per month to her each daughter. Being aggrieved the revisionist preferred present revision.
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
