Crl. Misc.Delay Condonation Application No.415421 of 2015 Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned AGA on behalf of the State.
This defective revision was filed alongwith Criminal Misc.Delay Condonation Application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 in the year 2015 against the order dated 06.05.2015 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chitrakoot in Case No.664/XII/2013 (Kuldeep Singh vs. Hemant Pal Singhaniya & others), under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 I.P.C. arising out of Case Crime No.705 of 2015, Police Station Kotwali-Karwi, District Chitrakoot, as the revision was barred by limitation at the time of filing the same.
By order dated 15.12.2015 of the coordinate Bench of this Court, notice was issued to opposite party nos. 2 to 16 on the Delay Condonation Application No.415421 of 2015 fixing further date on 14.03.2016 but as per office report dated 14.03.2016, 11.05.2016, 04.07.2016, 08.09.2016 and 20.10.2016, no steps have been taken by the revisionist for issuing notice to the opposite party nos.2 to 16 pursuant to order dated 15.12.2015.
In view of above, on account of not taking steps as mentioned above, delay condonation application dated 02.12.2015 is dismissed.
Order in the memo of revision Since the delay condonation application dated 02.12.2015 is dismissed, therefore, the present revision is also dismissed.
