JUDGMENT / ORDER

(C.M. Application No. 30581 of 2014) Submission of learned counsel for petitioner is that there is discrepancy in the name of opposite party no.3, in the writ petition, therefore, he moved the present application for correction.
As the correction is required in the memo of writ petition, therefore, it would be appropriate for the petitioner to move the application for amendment of the writ petition, instead of moving the application for correction.
The instant application is rejected. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to move appropriate application for amendment of the writ petition.
