Heard Mr. Awadh Narain Rai, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Ramanand Pandey, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the respondents-State.
The grievance of the petitioners is that some musclemen have encroached upon the link road (60 feet road), as a result of which great inconvenience is being caused to general public and the residents of the locality.
Having regard to this grievance, it is open to the petitioners to invoke the provisions of Section 133 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. We, accordingly, leave it open to the petitioners to move an appropriate application before the competent authority for an expeditious decision thereon.
The petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
