1. Heard Sri Vrindavan Mishra, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State-respondent.
2. Petitioner's claim is that there are some observations made by Subordinate Court in a pending criminal case that there is some apprehension of threat to the petitioner, pursuant whereto petitioner has sought protection from respondents, but no action has been taken.
3. If such observation has been made by any Subordinate Court, the concerned Court is empowered enough to take further consequential action in the matter. This Court under Article 226 of Constitution of India cannot be converted into Executing Court of such observations made by any Subordinate Court.
4. Dismissed.
