Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Apurva Hajela, learned Standing Counsel.
The petitioner is before this Court for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 05.12.2018 passed in Writ-A No.25619 of 2018 (Kuldeep Kumar & Ors. v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
On the matter being taken up today, instructions dated 24.04.2019 have been filed by learned Standing Counsel intimating that the aforesaid order has been complied with.
In view of above, nothing further survives on this petition and the same stands disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged. The instructions are taken on record and a copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the applicant.
