Learned A.G.A contends that the instructions are not forthcoming. The S.S.P. concerned shall take appropriate action against the concerned police officials who has failed to provide instructions to the learned A.G.A.
The liberty of the citizen is a sacrosanct and cannot be held to ransom by inefficient officials.
In case counter affidavit is not forthcoming, along with relevant details, the S.S.P, Aligarh shall remain present in person on the next date of listing.
