1. Called in revise. None appeared to press this revision. In the circumstances, I myself have perused the record.
2. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by judgement and order dated 07.08.1995 passed by Sri R.P. Mishra, learned Sessions Judge, Mirzapur in Criminal Appeal No. 9 of 1995, Kulbul and Others vs. State of U.P. and Another, convicting and sentencing revisionists-1 to undergo one year rigorous imprisonment for offence under Section 148 IPC; one year rigorous imprisonment for offence under Section 324 read with Section 149 IPC and six months rigorous imprisonment for offence under Section 323 read with Section 149 IPC and revisionists- 2 to 9 to undergo rigorous imprisonment for six months under Section 147 IPC; one year rigorous imprisonment for offence under section 324 read with Section 149 IPC and six months rigorous imprisonment for offence under Sections 323 read with Section 149 IPC arising out of judgement and order dated 09.03.1995 passed by learned Ist Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mirzapur in Criminal Case No. 1118 of 1991, State vs. Kulbul and Others, convicting revisionists under Sections 148, 323 read with Section 149 and 324 read with Section 149 IPC and sentencing to each under Section 148 IPC to undergo rigorous imprisonment for one year; under Section 323 read with 149 IPC to rigorous imprisonment for six months and under Section 324 read with Section 149 IPC to rigorous imprisonment for one year.
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
