Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jhansi to decide his 6-C Application dated 16.07.2016 praying for interim injunction in Suit No.178 of 2016. Copy of the order-sheet has been filed alongwith the writ petition.
No useful purpose would be served by keeping this writ petition pending.
This writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jhansi to decide the petitioner's 6-C Application dated 16.07.2016 in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
Needless to say that no unnecessary adjournment will be granted to either of the parties.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merits.
