The modification application is allowed and the order dated 03.5.2018 is corrected as follows :-
In the 7th line of 11th paragraph the text "applicant be released in Police Custody headed by an officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police" is deleted and in the 9th line of 11th paragraph the text " ten lacs" shall be read as " three lacs".
