This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash M.C.No.6 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.V, Trichy.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that M.C.No.6 of 2011 has been dismissed by the trial Court due to non-appearance of the complainant/second respondent herein and therefore, the present Criminal Original Petition may be dismissed as not pressed. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.Recording the abovesaid submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as not pressed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
