This company application is filed under Rule 100 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 seeking permission to withdraw the company petition in view of the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 18.12.2013 reached between the parties.
Company application is accordingly ordered permitting the petitioner to withdraw the company petition.

In view of the above, the company petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand disposed of as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
