ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 26-12-2013 in W.P.No.37986 of 2013.
At the hearing, the respondent is personally present. He has also filed an additional counter-affidavit. Having regard to the averments contained in the additional counter-affidavit and the explanation offered by the respondent in person, this Court is of the opinion that it is unnecessary to proceed with the Contempt Case further.
The Contempt Case is accordingly closed. The respondent is discharged from the contempt proceedings.
