Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and Sri A.K. Yadav, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 & 4.
The present petition has been filed for directing the respondent authority to provide scanned copy of answer sheet of Assistant Teacher Recruitment Examination, 2018 bearing Roll No. 01012210347 to the petitioner within stipulated period.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has deposited the requisite fee of Rs.2,000/- by way of bank draft No. 669846 dated 10.09.2018, but till date, scanned copy of answer sheet has not been provided and application of the petitioner dated 10.09.2018 is still pending. Lastly, he submits that a suitable direction may be issued to respondent no. 2 to decide the application of the petitioner for providing the scanned copy of answer sheet.
Learned standing counsel submits that application of the petitioner dated 10.09.2018 shall be considered and decided in accordance with law.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the application of the petitioner dated 10.09.2018 for providing the scanned copy of answer sheet within a period of two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of the order. If there is any legal or factual impediment for providing the scanned copy of answer sheet, he shall pass reasoned order within the same time.
