JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Pleader submits that the direction has been complied with and that an order dated 02.12.2014 has been passed. In the above circumstance, this Court does not find any reason to proceed with further steps in this Contempt case. Accordingly, the Contempt of Court case is closed.
