JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has approached the Pollution Control Board for consent to operate a chicken stall at Vengeri Village of Kozhikode District. It is on account of the delay in considering the application, the petitioner has approached this Court. Now, the petitioner submits that he is threatened with coercive steps by the Pollution Control Board. Ext.P3 is the notice issued to the petitioner. In view of the pendency of Ext.P3, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on consent application filed by the petitioner within a period of one month. Till a decision is taken on Ext.P3, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner pursuant to Ext.P4.
Writ petitions are disposed of as above.
