The appellant herein is the petitioner in O.P. No.338/05 on the files of the Family Court, Ernakulam, and this Mat. Appeal is filed challenging the decree and judgment passed in the above original petition.
2. During the course of hearing, this Mat. Appeal was referred to Ernakulam Mediation Centre for resolving the dispute involved in this Mat. Appeal and to arrive at a compromise by way of mediation. Now the Mediator filed a report stating that the matter in dispute is settled. The agreement of settlement entered into between the parties in the above Mat. Appeal under Order 24 of the C.P.C. and ADR Rules,2008, is also attached along with the report. In view of the agreement, a compromise decree is passed. It is made clear that this agreement also will form part of the decree.
