JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 21.04.2016, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the matter was S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.
rm adjourned by one week. Again on 29.08.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner. Subsequently, it was listed on 11.10.2017 and was adjourned by four weeks. When the matter was listed on 08.11.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner either in person or through counsel on record. Hence, it was directed to be posted on 09.11.2017, under the caption For Dismissal. On 09.11.2017, it was again adjourned by one week.
2.When the matter was again listed on 16.11.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it was directed to be posted on 17.11.2017 under the caption For Dismissal. Even today, (i.e. 17.11.2017), there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through the learned counsel on record. Therefore, the Contempt Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
