This is a petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs: (i) To call for the records leading to order dated 31.10.2014 in E.P.No.161/2012 in RCP No.122/2011 on the file of the Munsiff Court, Thalassery, granting police assistance and directing amin to break open the door and effect delivery with the aid of police.
(ii) To set aside the order dated 31.10.2014 in E.P.No.161/2012 in RCP No.122/2011 on the file of the Munsiff Court, Thalassery, to the extent it directs the delivery to effect on 01.12.2014 and to direct the delivery of the petition schedule building to an earlier date.
2. Notice was served by special messenger on the respondent. The respondent appears through counsel.

3. In the light of the order in Ex.S.A.No.16/14, the petitioner prays for expeditious disposal of the petition. This Court is given to understand that the case now stands posted to 01.12.2014.
It is hereby directed that the execution court shall advance the hearing of the petition and the delivery is to be effected on or before 13.11.2014.
This original petition is disposed of as above.
