[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] As against the order passed by the second respondent, an appeal was filed by the petitioner before the first respondent, on 20.03.2017 seeking adjudication of the same within a reasonable time, the present petition has been filed.
2.Considering the above, the first respondent is directed to dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 20.03.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
