1. As per Ext.P2, the goods belonging to the petitioner has been detained and the petitioner was directed to deposit Rs.2,87,100/- as security.
2. Considering the facts and circumstances, there will be a direction to the respondent to release the goods to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner deposits 25% of the amount demanded as per Ext.P2 and also executing a simple bond without surety for the balance amount, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The proceedings initiated against the petitioner shall be completed, as expeditiously as possible.
Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
