JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner/wife has filed the present petition for transfer of I.D.O.P.No.630 of 2016 filed by the respondent/husband for restitution of conjugal rights.
2.The petitioner and the respondent got married on 07.07.2014 and out of the wedlock a male baby was born. Due to dispute between the parties they are living separately. Therefore, the respondent/husband filed I.D.O.P.No.630 of 2016 for restitution of conjugal rights and only to transfer the said petition from the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore to the Family Court, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar, the present petition has been filed.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
4.Since the petitioner is living with her parents along with the child at Rajapalayam, it may not be possible for her to travel from Rajapalayam to Coimbatore about 350 k.m., moreover it is the convenience of the wife, which has to be taken in to consideration. Therefore it is appropriate to transfer the said I.D.O.P.No.630 of 2016 on the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore to the Family Court, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar.
5.Accordingly, the said I.D.O.P.No.630 of 2016 on the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore is withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar.
6. With the above direction, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No Costs.
