When this appeal by the plaintiffs from an order passed by the trial court dismissing the application filed by them in O.S.No.399 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the Subordinate Judge of Palakkad under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure for an interim order of injunction came up for admission hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that the appellants are not desirous of prosecuting the appeal and therefore, the appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn.
In the light of the aforesaid submission, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
