Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4, apart from perusing the record. Since the issue lies in a narrow compass, this Court proposes to dispose of the writ petition at the admission stage itself. 2. Briefly stated, the petitioner was appointed on 01.06.2009 as Lower Primary School Assistant in an additional vacancy in the school under the management of the fifth respondent. When approval was sought, the fourth respondent rejected it. Aggrieved thereby, the petitioner is said to have submitted Exhibit P3 representation before the Government, apart from filing Exhibit P4, another representation, before the Honourable Minister for Education.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner submitted both Exhibits P3 and P4 seeking the relief of placing her in the teachers' bank or regularising her services with effect from the initial date of appointment. At any rate, since they have not been taken up for consideration, once again, the petitioner has submitted Exhibit P5 representation dated 16.12.2013 before the first respondent. Seeking its expeditious disposal, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
In the facts and circumstances, having regard to the respective submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the first respondent to consider Exhibit P5 representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and pass WPC 35141/14 3 appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
