This review petition is filed only on a limited aspect pointing out that, liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner to approach the 1st respondent in a detailed representation enumerating his grievances, need to be corrected as to approach the Chief Engineer, Transmission Circle (South). This is because the findings contained in the judgment is to the effect that the question regarding revision of rates need to be considered by any higher authority of the executing authority. It is submitted that the higher authority is the Chief Engineer. 2. The above version is not opposed by the senior counsel appearing on behalf of respondent.
3. Hence the review petition is allowed and the judgment dated 28.11.2013 will stand corrected as, 'the Chief Engineer, Transmission Circle (South)' instead of the '1st respondent' mentioned in paragraphs 6, 7, & 8 of the said judgment.
